11/12/2020, 5:16 AMThey are hard coded to output a zero while replicating the pull down strength on the bit line for sensing. Multiple (two now) are enabled in parallel to determine when to enable the sense amp for normal bit lines. Essentially, they gave Qbar tied to bed.

11/12/2020, 5:20 AMThe replica column in general replicates the column timing but roughly twice as fast. This is useful because it tracks temperature and voltage and process variation
