@User: I just added the sky130_sram_macros repository that we have on https://github.com/efabless/sky130_sram_macros to the open_pdks install. I am still working on getting the SRAM to extract in some meaningful way from magic. I still have a few minor issues but it looks better than it was yesterday. One of the devices ends up with dimensions that are slightly smaller than they should be for reasons I don't understand at all (yet). Other than that, it extracts all the right device types and connections now. Note that without that repository, we do not have any description of the openRAM cells on the caravel chip other than the high level RAM block as an abstract view.

Interesting. What are the issues? I actually have the 1kbyte extracting fine (according to what I wanted..) here with the current PDK
