We are planning to tapeout an extended version of Ibex core, and integration of OpenRAM with it. For now our design uses dual port, 16KB of Instruction and Data memory each, and this time we would like not go with DFFRAM because it takes extra space.
So, the question is that can we use OpenRAM generated memory (16KB dual port) for OpenMPW 2, is it ready to use or not?
