We haven't tested them yet. They are on mpw2 and 3.

he is using a test chip that just contains openram (can't remember the model)

MPW1 didn't work out due to hold violations, so we hope to get more results from MPW2

Yes, what <@U0172QZ342D> said. There are slight updates since then but it is mostly the same design for the 1kb.

We did transition from the commercial NDA PDK to the open pdk.
