There have been a few updates, I suggest following the openlane release candidate tags which contain a version pin

@Roomi Naqvi: I made a number of updates to the DRC rules in Magic yesterday and today (in the open_pdks repository), and the Caravel chip design (RTL) was posted last week (in its own repository). open_pdks has been updated for use with the I/O cell library, which has not yet been released to the public (but which is imminent).
