would work?

@Tim 'mithro' Ansell Yes, and I would suggest to generate them automatically from the magic tech file, not to design those manually, so that we have one single source of truth for DRC rules.

@Philipp Gühring: If done in magic, I would do it as a Tcl script. If outside, I'd do it in python. I think creating it outside would be more generally useful.
