@User if you want the standard cells I'd suggest using open_pdks to setup for use in magic http://www.opencircuitdesign.com/open_pdks/index.html digital flow is using OpenRoad if you just need timing data, you checkout the submodules you need (libraries/*/latest usually, whichever libraries you need) and run make timing
