It doesn't fit into the image because I ran out of room for it : ) The dnwell sits underneath everything; nwell itself is the only contact to dnwell. Nwell must form a ring around the perimeter of dnwell, which forms an enclosed wall around the area inside, which then becomes the pwell. The nwell tap is then also the dnwell tap.
