@User from what i can see in the netlist there is a duplicate line:

.lib /usr/local/share/pdk/sky130A/libs.tech/ngspice/sky130.lib.spice tt

remove one of these lines.

Thank you!! That fixed it! (I had two TT models, one with only analog, 1 with analog and digital library path, and placed them both! )
