Except one of the capacitances is negative "@m.xm2.msky130_fd_pr__nfet_05v0_nvt[cgs] = -3.82667e-14". not sure if this is something to do with the test setup and miller capacitance or something, or if I broke something. I will have to investigate tomorrow.
