pnp_05v5_W0p68L0p68

which isn't the one you magic provides a layout for/the one you mentioned so I've changed it to point at the

sky130_fd_pr__pnp_05v5_W3p40L3p40.model.spice

instead. Is that the model you were using in your sims?
