@User How did you go with the LC VCO I sent you the schematics for before? I'm guessing there was not time to lay it out. I'm still interested in helping but my main problem (apart from time) is that I have not yet figured out how to use KLayout and I did not get along with Magic last time I tried.

@Chris Jones thanks for your interest. The design that you sent was on hold for a month due to some other stuff my team was working on but will be definitely used in this target. We have taped out the inductors that you have added in the design in the last tapeout for characterization. Both the load and CS one as well.

Thanks for the update! Sorry I didn't get around to doing the amplitude control loop. I haven't figured out how to do the rectifier as last time I did something similar it was on bicmos and I used vnpn devices.
