05/04/2021, 4:01 AMI plotted the measured nfet_01v8 and pfet_01v8 characteristics that are provided in the pdk in ways that make the behavior in weak and moderate inversion more visible. The measured characteristics exhibit the same general trends as the simulated ones do, including the somewhat weird shape of the pfet.
