Hi all, I have this lvs issue with device res_high_po, where in cdl it is recognized as RES_HIGH_PO and it's a mismatch have anyone encountered this before? Also I think res_high_po is a 3 port device but when doing lvs it is a 2 port device where vdd is not needed not sure what I did wrong. thanks for helping.

How do you even get this output? There is no device "res_high_po". There is a device

sky130_fd_pr__res_high_po

; however, the preferred use is one of the width-specific devices, like

. It is a 3-terminal device.
