@User I was wondering if you knew how general the OpenRoad OpenRCX tool is? Would it be useful for general analogue parasitic extraction or is it limited to digital placed&routed applications?

I'm not familiar with it's capabilities. Ask @Manar Abdelatty, who knows much more about it than I do. I suspect that it is just specific to standard cell designs, but I'm not certain. I am currently looking at using magic to do a full R-C extraction of the caravel management SoC core, and it has been running for two days (but making progress, just slow).
