hello All, I have (almost) finished my analog chip layout, and I'm trying to integrate it to the "caravel_user_project_analog" repo (which I forked and then cloned following @User's advice). I understand that I need to add my top layout to the wrapper in caravel_user_project_analog/mag/user_analog_project_wrapper_empty.mag, but apart from that I'm quite lost about what's the procedure to do the checks and submit the tapeout. I'm following the instructions in "https://github.com/efabless/caravel_user_project_analog/blob/main/docs/source/index.rst" but I'm getting errors when trying to build the PDK (also, I already installed the PDK using open_pdk, do I need to do it again to use Caravel?). Can anyone provide me some help by pointing me where to start from, and what are the essential steps to submit the design? I'm loosing hope that I will be able to tapeout for MPW4...

Just make sure that you have created a project on the efabless system for MPW-4, then you will be in the system, and if you are having difficulty getting it over the finish line, you can ask for help with a helpdesk ticket, although we would also be contacting you about it. The earlier you have declared your intent to submit, the better.
You should be able to use the existing installed PDK; you should only need to set environment variable PDK_ROOT to point to it.

OK, I managed to get my design to the system and run a test at least to understand what it means, thanks for the reply. About declaring intent, is it enough to have the project created? also, how does the helpdesk ticket system work?

The only way I know of is to start a session in Open Galaxy (the virtual desktop environment), where there should be a tab on the side of the window.
