@User: Solutions: Tweak parameters (like fill density) until the problem goes away, or else fix the problem by hand (because it is probably a trivial error, such as a pin got placed too close to a power post).

Yup, looking at it, it really just decided to run a connection right across the power rail .... it sort of painted itself into a corner by routing some connections above the pin and then having no way to escape it to met1
