There is the readme in

. That would be useful to add there I think. The one liner descritpion of the param is a bit short ATM if you don't know them already.

I think until we have properly structured man pages, as far as I know, any body can modify the wiki at https://github.com/efabless/openlane/wiki, not completely sure tho. (or README pull requests)
