@Wajeh ul hasan: There is a lot of context on why this shift has happened (issues unresolved in the pdk at the time of pushing rc4 to master). However, these issues are now gone. Still, we have a somewhat strict policy of not pushing to master unless there is a release (not even to update 2 commits). So, you might want to watch this video to get a sense of when will more things happen:
