I still get DRC errors about met1 or met2 holes too small. But maybe you have updated magic.

@tgingold: sometimes these are unexplained spikes in the magic DRC (that happen 1 in 7 runs) and don't correspond to real violations. Rerunning DRC on the same design with the same configs again, should make them go away (if they are what I think they are).

I also believe some were spikes, but definitely more often that 1 in 7, at least for one macro. To be investigated...
