@User I'm also happy to look at the full log. I've debugged alot of netgen LVS stuff and could stand as a reasonable proxy for Tim. Unless there's a bug. 🙂

Thanks Matthew. This issue has be subsumed by a greater one that seems to be resolved now for the design. So I won't waste your time on it.
