I have a design that is coming out with no errors through detailed routing, but then I look at the layout and I see standard cells not even in rows. Some of them are in the halo around blocks even! It seems to be in the lower left and lower right corner of every macro. These aren't a part of the macro. What is going on? Edit: It looks like they are the antenna diodes

Use 1, or increase fast route iterations.
