09/16/2021, 1:05 PMI ended up finding CERN’s TMR Generator tool which can assist in modifying the RTL. The next question is how close will the redundant elements be placed in OpenLane. So that’s a rabbit hole I need to go down. You want them placed a min distance from each other so that a charged particle will only affect one and not all of the elements in the same circuit

10/23/2021, 5:16 PMThere is no ongoing work for TMR. The placement problem sounds a lot like tapcell so perhaps that could be leveraged for your purpose.
