Hey All, I'm facing this issue when doing make for my user_project_wrapper. any suggestion on how to resolve this? I dont see such variable on any of my .tcl files to begin with.

@User Looks like CURRENT_SDC is a relatively recent update to openlane/openroad. I don't see it in the October 29th version, but it shows up in the November 5th version. What version of openlane are you using?

I'm using openlane:2021.09.23_03.17.13 and installed caravel cloning this git link https://github.com/efabless/caravel.git

Immediately after the openlane banner, is there a message saying that the openlane version may not match?

sorry I think the version is specified as N/A?

Looks like there's probably be a version mismatch between your caravel and openlane.

we need to get OpenLane version, if N/A its not able to load right version

i installed OpenLane from here: https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenLane.git caravel from here: https://github.com/efabless/caravel.git

OPENLANE_IMAGE_NAME=efabless/openlane:2021.09.16_03.28.21 install this tag of Openlane

So the version was not the issue it was the config file and root directory
