Hello all.. For my friend's mpw3 submission ... The staff tapeout done on 8th and 10th of December passed but the one on 28th December failed ... Please anyone help me on this

There are only warnings in this log. It seems that the whole process finishes without errors. The logs say that the final GDS file was generated and there were no DRC violations. I'm afraid that only efabless staff can answer your questions. In your case, you should remake the entire tapeout process: pull the newest git version, run MPW precheck and tapeout, just to be sure. It may be easier than fixing the tapeout status.
