I have this layout, I would like to know how can I make a huge rectangular nwell(orange) in order to avoid the blanks. Thanks

I'm not familiar with your layer colors. Are the orange rectangles nwell? If so, are you doing anything with body bias of the nwells? And, are they the same voltage? If the orange rectangles are nwell, you are not doing anything with body bias, and they are the same voltage, just paint nwell over the entire block.

@Eva This might work with magic, use the left and right mouse buttons to define a region (white outline) and then type

paint nwell

in the command window to fill the region with nwell.

@Mitch Bailey there is no python code to do that? I am participating in the ieee-sscs-dc-24 and I thought that we had to code all, thanks
