Hi , for Openlane what is the default buffer cells? I guess it’s clk buff 16 but in other tools like candence it’s different using sky130. Is this crucial if buffer in openlane is over sized by default? @Mitch Bailey

Is scs130ms a proprietary standard cell set that happens to also be for some 130nm process manufactured at skywater? I don't know what you're asking. You seem to be comparing different PDKs used with different tools
