Hello Everyone, I am interested in learning more about ReRam GF 22nm. Specifically, I would like to know if there is reram in gf 22nm and how the simulation works for it when compared to skywater for multilevel bits storage.

There is no direct offering from GF for ReRAM on GF22 I believe. WeeBit Nano is partnering with them on this (see https://www.weebit-nano.com/news/press-releases/weebit-nano-to-demo-its-reram-rram-embedded-technology-on-globalfoundries-22fdx-platform/) but obviously, none of it is open-source. You might want to contact WBN/GF directly and see if they are interested in working with you.
