Hi everyone!
I’ve been running some tests using the IHP technology and encountered a routing issue that I’m not sure how to resolve. It seems that during the routing process, MetalTop2 is creating a loop and crossing over the PADs, which causes an error when I try to use fillers. In the first image, you can see the problem, while the second image shows what the design is supposed to look like.
Has anyone encountered this issue before or have suggestions on how to prevent the routing from going over the PADs?

Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that this only happens with a specific PAD; it doesn’t occur with the other PADs in the design.

The problem looks like you need to place filler cells before doing detailed routing

Fill cell insertion for both IO rings and core area should happen before running the detailed routing step. Which design flow are you using to implement this design? This should be handled at the flow level
