Sir, May I please have help in knowing how much reference/bias current could be applied to 1.8v LVDS Transmitter circuit (nA, uA,... ?)
l
It all depends on your topology and specs. You can have a biasing circuit with a 10 uA input, for example, and mirror it with different gains inside your block.

Thank you sir!
Sir, May I please have help in knowing if 500uA reference/bias current could be applied to 1.8v LVDS Transmitter circuit
l
You can apply 100 A. Who knows? I don't even know what your circuit is. But if you use an external reference for your circuit, it is common to have a 10 uA. It was what we used in a chip here, with lots of designs.
What you should be asking, really, is what is the common power consumption of circuits like yours. You can look it in IEEE for LVDS ones. Are you aware that 500 uA in 2 V power supply is about 1 mW for just the biasing input? Is it ok? Reasonable? Who knows? Find it in other designs. There are plenty of them.

Ok sir. I will make a note of it and try to make sure to refer to those resources also in future. Thank you very much sir!
