Hi all. I can't find any information on device matching in the pdk docs. Specifically I am looking for Avt numbers. If this is not included in the docs it is a big gap in my opinion as any design with offset / matching requirements must then be designed quite blindly in the absence of hand calculations. They are amongst the first numbers I always look for in a new pdk. If they are not there I would be more than happy to compile them for NMOS / PMOS devices and submit for documentation.
