Hi. Where do I find information on the Wmin / Lmin of the individual devices? I cant find them in the "device details" section of the pdk docs so am forced to find say Wmin by reducing W until the sim gives me an error. Also, commercial products have been taped out on this process using only discrete values for W and L. Is there a list of these W and L values anywhere? As these WL's are silicon proven I would be more inclined to stick to them in a design I was hoping to Tape out at a reasonable volume.

The Wmin/Lmin can also be found in the periphery rules (DRC) section. For 1v8 devices it's Wmin=0.42 Lmin=0.15 except for pfet_lvt where Lmin=0.35
