Do I have a chance of using a SONOS cell correctly?

It is very unlikely working on your own. Working with others who have done SONOS work it is quite likely that you will develop a scheme to use the transistor correctly for prototyping and experiments. Making it into an NV RAM or FLASH cell and qualifying it as a reliable and robust NV memory is another scope entirely and should be attempted only if you've got cash to throw at the problem.

Thank you very much for the tips. If i did have cash then how would i throw it? Hiring somebody or licensing IP?
