@Mitch Bailey @mehdi @Jianwei Jia Hello Mitch, We are working on LVS. We are now getting issues on the HEADER cell. The correct HEADER cell can be found in the file included using .INCLUDE sky130_fd_sc_hd.spice (I have attached below, HEADER definition is at line 18413) , but the extracted spice file has 6 pins (instead of 4) for the HEADER. I am including the spice file, final GDS file, the gds file just for the HEADER, and the commands we are using for lvs. Thank you.

I think one solution is to reomove VPB pin from the gds?

Or maybe add them to the netlist.

that should work too (but they might have different orders each extraction?)

Or another solution might be to name the cells differently causing them to be flattened without adding proxy pins.
