The files we send for chipignite, I assume they get through another layer of DRC checks at the foundry ? Has that happened yet for CI2406 ?

I would have thought the foundry would run it through some commercial tools to validate with their own rules and not just the OSS tools.

@tnt Yes, SWT runs verification with commercial tools using what I consider the golden rule deck. Their verification/signoff is work in progress. We received initial feedback Thursday last week and responded Friday. I expect a response from SWT today.

@David Lindley Ok. Originally when I asked it was because we found some slight DRC violation in tiny tapeout but Tim pointed that since it wasn't a MR violation, it didn't require any action on our part. I guess if SWT had an issue with it, we'd have heard something by now 🙂
