Have there been any changes to the FEOL DRCs since the 2206Q? I'm getting a klayout FEOL DRC error on some cells that I taped-out successfully on the 2206Q shuttle, specifically the min spacing between met3_bot_place and met3 for CAPM

@Xiaochen Ni Yes! The increased metal spacing rule for bottom plates of mimcaps is actually due to required via spacing between mimcap vias and other vias, but was implemented as a metal spacing rule. You can see the changes around line 400 here.

Ah, good to know I'm wasn't doing anything wrong. Is it possible to add it to the Magic DRC in the future? don't see any reason why it shouldn't be included there
