How do I tell the orientation of a pfet? This is same instance copied & rotated. (The nfets already have clear orientation)

It can be any orientation you want. But if you want two matched transistors, they should have the same orientation. It is the case of differential pairs or current mirrors. In new technologies, you can't choose the transistor's orientation, but you can in older techs. Some even can let you have diagonal transistors.
