What's the minimum permissible size of glass cut and gap between adjacent glass cut? Magic DRC doesn't seem to check this (whatever I draw on the glass layer, no DRC violation is reported), and I cannot find relevant information in the sky130 PDK documentation. Towards the upcoming chipignite shuttle, I'm working on an analog pixel array that requires a densely packed M5 metal pixels with glass cut in the middle of each pixel so external free charge can directly land on the metal. No wirebonding. Previously, we managed 15µm pitch (the glass cut was probably 8µm?). This time, I want to push harder, say reach 8µm pitch with a glass cut opening of only 3~4µm. Is this permissible?
