Sir, Are there any chances of the simulator working incorrectly if 5v and 1.8V devices are used in the same .sch xschem file. The output changes when I bring in 1.8 v devices

@Amro Tork, what problems did you run into with the transistor models? I got a 5V PMOS substrate current that looks unphysical, which would be an indication of a sloppy bulk diode model for the higher voltage transistors.
