we are getting feedback error while writing gds file, how can we remove this

The hierarchical layers cannot be seen by

cif see HVI

but only by

cif *hier HVI

. It is for issues like this that we have the klayout DRC checks, which will do final checks on the implant layer widths and spacing (like

HVI

). In most cases, when this error is reported, it is not an issue. However, if klayout indicates that there is an error on the

HVI

layer, then it is possible to add mask hints to resolve the error (or else fix the problem in klayout where you can see the layer).

i tried the command but not able to detect the error.

@Aleena Kabeer Like Tim said, this may not be a problem. Run drc in klayout to be sure.

@Aleena Kabeer looks like there might be a little square of something at the top right of the diffusion, right in the center of the purple box. If that’s on the inverter level, it may be causing your problem.
