Hi all, I am trying to do a monte carlo simulation to see the variation in poly resistor. But I am unable to see any variation over process and temprature. I am using combined models in sky130 pdk. I am just connecting a single resistor to vdd and plotting i(vdd). Has anyone else faced the similar issue?

Hi @Matt Venn. Thank you for your reply. I found the error. I was saving the voltages before starting the monte carlo loop. That is why I could not see the variation.
