@Tim Edwards @Mitch Bailey I have passed the LVS but in comp.out it shows disconnected node for reram cell but reram is considered as black box in that so do i need to worry about that if so how to fix that could you please suggest me

That is not an error message.

@Rafeeq Khan Mohammed It is strange that the primitive reram cell is showing with named terminals. Can you share your netlists?

@Mitch Bailey: I think this is due to the way I told Rafeeq to handle the ReRAM cell. By creating a black-box layout entry for it, it gets treated as a black-box subcircuit in both netlists, rather than as a primitive device. This has the side effect of producing the "disconnected node" messages, but otherwise if the LVS result says it is clean, then it should be clean.
