@Rafeeq Khan Mohammed not sure how much help this will be. Besides what @Tim Edwards just said, I don’t think you want the reram model data in your lvs netlist. The reram primitive cell should be

sky130_fd_pr_reram__reram_cell

. What version of the pdk are you using? When openlane runs lvs, the layout is first and the schematic second. Either way will work, but please also share your netgen command when you share results.
