Hi @Tim Edwards, Magic is flagging a DRC error that Klayout isn't, but I believe there is no error. Let me explain. There is a print displaying the DRC (Complete) error: "Unsalicided resistor spacing to poly contact must be 0.22um (PRES/LRES/HRES.7)". This DRC erro only shows after select a complete DRC Upon examining the Physical Verification information regarding HRES Poly resistor, the HRES.7 error pertains to the distance from the Contact to the Pplus layer. The last image display a print from Klayout, demonstrating that this distance "from contact to the Pplus" measures 0.25um, and is a generated PCell. Something appears amiss here; it could be a discrepancy between Magic's DRC and Klayout's DRC.

I agree that's probably a rule implementation error in magic. What type of resistor is that?

That's a high Rs poly resistor the "_ppolyf_u_1k"_
