@Mitch Bailey @Tim Edwards my LVS passed for the array but when i connected the whole circuit i am getting error for reram i have attacted the error picture and files and also there in output it shows Flattening unmatched subcell sky130_fd_pr__pfet_01v8_XGS3BL in circuit core_layout (1)(18 instances)
