For multiple finger mosfets, is there some LVS setting to make them get extracted as one? Or for xschem to output multiple?

For xschem, they would be specified with `M=`; in magic, you can do

ext2spice merge conservative

. In neither case is it necessary for LVS, which will accommodate for any multiplicity.
