Is anyone aware of any real world data on power draw on the OpenRAM SRAM cells fabricated in Sky130(A)? I’m specifically interested in any and all power values for the 1kb 32bx256w SRAM cell. How close are the real world values to what I can estimate from within OpenLane? Perhaps you might know where to point me @Matthew Guthaus
