@Mitch Bailey it's a schematic simulation result and first we need to initialize then we can programmed means first voltage should be given for formation then other pulses will work to change conductance ? Or if I want to programmed in reset set pattern I should and will the pulses change the conductance? I'll go through the link you provided Thank you

The verilog-A model is pretty comprehensive, but I do not have enough experience with it to know how well it matches the physical device. I can only recommend that you follow the initialization and programming procedures outlines in the document that Mitch posted the link to.
