Hi, I was developing programatic layout on klayout with gf180 pcells, but I'm having troubles drawing pfets. I'm using the function

cells.draw_fet.draw_pfet()

using the arguments that the

fet()

pcell declares as defaults, and the result has a deformation on the metal 1 section of the via that connect the gate. That box should be 0.38x0.38 but I get 0.38x0.382. The image shows this gap on the left layout. This generates an OFFGRID drc error on each gate connector corner. @Amro Tork I think in your team someone could be interested in this problem, I think we can see it after the celebrations.
