Hi all, I've made a resistor with common centroid layout and it match lvs. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the way I make it. Adding two dummy devices on the schematic make lvs works. Also, dummys are not connected on the gds, as the image shows. I'm not sure if it's correct to put the dummys on the schematic and then connect the bulks. In the layout, should I join the bulks of the dummys?

The purpose of dummy devices is to maintain regular geometry through the array; however, in the working circuit, it is also important to maintain similar electric fields across the array. For that reason, connecting the bulk ties and resistor terminals of the dummies is always helpful.
